About the role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns across D&AD's Learn & Talent portfolio.

This role is responsible for developing and delivering strategic marketing campaigns that drive awareness, learner acquisition and revenue across a diverse range of professional development products - from accessible online courses and workshops through to premium bespoke learning programmes, executive education and enterprise learning solutions.

This is a strategic and hands-on marketing role requiring strong commercial acumen, excellent digital marketing expertise and experience marketing products with varying price points and customer journeys across both B2C and B2B audiences.

Working closely with Product, Partnerships, Sales and Digital teams, you'll develop integrated campaigns that attract new learners, nurture prospects and build long-term engagement with D&AD's learning offer.

You'll also support partner marketing activity to help grow the reach and impact of collaborative learning programmes and commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development, Management & Delivery

  • Develop integrated marketing campaign strategies and plans aligned to commercial, acquisition and audience growth objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign development and delivery across D&AD's learning portfolio, including online and in-person courses, bespoke training and enterprise learning solutions.
  • Create audience-led campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, channel plans and customer journeys that reflect different products, audiences and purchase cycles - from free/lower-cost open courses to high-value bespoke learning programmes.
  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns across a diverse product portfolio, ensuring activity is delivered on time, within budget and to a consistently high standard.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies to successfully deliver integrated campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing Campaigns to implement campaign strategies and recommend optimisations based on customer insight, testing and performance data.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
