About The Role

The Senior Integrated Project Manager, EMEA is responsible for managing the intake, qualification, prioritisation, and delivery of marketing briefs originating from EMEA markets. Acting as the central point of coordination between market teams, creative, content, production, and specialist functions, the role ensures projects are prioritised appropriately and delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.

Acting as the central operational interface between market teams and delivery functions, the role ensures that briefs are appropriately assessed, scoped, and routed to the most suitable delivery pathway. This includes supporting markets with local execution, facilitating delivery through the London Agency for complex projects, and ensuring visibility of demand across the broader marketing portfolio.

The role provides end-to-end oversight of the EMEA market demand pipeline, enabling effective prioritisation, resource planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery governance. Working closely with the Global Head of Programme Management – Markets, Resource Management teams, Creative Operations, and the London Agency, the Integrated Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, efficient, and scalable delivery across the region.

In addition, the role should provide leadership teams with a clear view of workload, delivery performance, capacity requirements, and emerging risks.

You Will:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of market briefs from intake through to completion.
  • Assess incoming briefs for quality, completeness, and strategic alignment.
  • Partner with EMEA markets to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Creative, Production, Content, Media, Digital, Social, and External Partners.
  • Build integrated project plans and manage dependencies, risks, and critical paths.
  • Facilitate prioritisation and capacity planning in partnership with resource management teams.
  • Lead project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track budgets, timelines, and project performance metrics.
  • Drive excellence in execution across all markets and campaign deliveries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Brief Intake & Governance

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming EMEA market briefs.
  • Review and challenge briefs to ensure objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined.
  • Ensure briefs meet agreed quality standards before entering the delivery pipeline.
  • Guide stakeholders through briefing processes and governance requirements.
  • Support markets in understanding delivery timelines, dependencies, and resource implications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for incoming EMEA market briefs.
  • Assess delivery complexity, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Determine and recommend the most appropriate delivery pathway for each request.
  • Support markets in refining briefs and understanding delivery implications.
  • Drive adherence to briefing standards, governance processes, and planning requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
