About the Role
As a Senior Integration Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to design and deliver scalable, secure integration solutions that connect enterprise systems and enable digital transformation. Combining strong technical expertise with a consulting mindset, you'll lead integration workstreams, facilitate stakeholder workshops and deliver high-quality solutions from discovery through to deployment, working alongside Solution Architects, Functional Consultants and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
Location: This is a remote role, with the initial project requiring travel to Ipswich, London, two days per week. We try to connect weekly for team meetups. Note: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise integration solutions across multiple client projects.
- Facilitate client workshops to understand business processes, integration requirements and technical constraints.
- Translate business requirements into scalable integration designs and technical specifications.
- Design, build and support RESTful APIs and event-driven integration solutions.
- Deliver integrations using Azure Integration Services, including API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus and related Azure technologies where appropriate.
- Design secure integrations using industry-standard authentication protocols including OAuth and modern identity management practices.
- Work with JSON, XML and message-based integrations to connect cloud and on-premise enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues, perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation including solution designs, interface specifications, mapping documents and support guides.
- Collaborate closely with Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Technical Consultants and Project Managers to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, cutover and production deployments.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continual improvement of integration standards, reusable assets and delivery methodologies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
