Purpose
The primary purpose of the Senior Integrity Engineer is to lead and support the delivery of high-quality integrity engineering services in complex project environments which ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of assets, while mentoring the team and providing consultancy expertise to clients. The role focuses on applying sound engineering principles, industry standards, and best practices to assess, manage, and optimise the integrity of offshore installations, fostering a strong safety culture and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safe, efficient and effective execution of integrity engineering for specified offshore installations.
- Deliver as part of a multi-disciplined team integrity management services to clients.
- The development, application and management of risk-based inspection strategies for topside pressure systems onboard offshore oil/gas assets.
- Support the Project Manager in the delivery of contract and services to clients. This includes providing the Project Manager with ongoing feedback about the progress of work scopes, and identification of possible areas of improvement.
- Liaise with clients to develop procedures and build a professional working relationship.
- Take a lead in the management of client queries and ensure smooth end-to-end communication.
- Manage the Risk Based Inspection (RBI) process.
- Carry out Integrity Assessment and update of RBIs.
- Generate and compile Topside Pressure Systems Integrity Statements and annual integrity reports for each site.
- Define inspection requirements / work scopes for topside pressure systems.
- Perform defect assessments, fitness for service and remaining life assessments, as part of the anomaly management process.
- Prepare technical, progress and management reports as necessary.

People Management
- Support in the mentoring / training & professional development of members of the project team.
- Work collaboratively with the project team and client focal points.
- Support the Project Manager and act in their capacity when required, providing leadership and continuity in their absence.
Reporting & Compliance
- Correctly adhere to the Company Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies.
- Comply with all IMRANDD reporting requirements.
- Understand and comply with any project specific client-side reporting as required from time to time.
- Implement where necessary, appropriate levels of reporting and control to provide the information necessary to deliver work undertaken.
QHSE
- Contribute to IMRANDD QHSE-policies.
- Ensure all QHSE-policies and regulations within service delivery are maintained and regularly reviewed.
- Ensure that all business is conducted in compliance with IMRANDD legal policies and standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Integrity Management, in addition to engineering degree in Mechanical or appropriate engineering discipline.
- Demonstratable experience as a Senior.
- Chartered engineer status desirable.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy industries in a role which had a primary technical function requiring the provision of integrity management services preferably with oil/gas terminals, platforms or pipeline systems and production chemistry. Understanding of corrosion, fatigue, and other integrity threats.
- Good working knowledge of common CMMS such as SAP / Maximo.
- Good working knowledge of automated anomaly management systems such as ONE Integrity / ACET / COABIS.
- Skilled in the interpretation and application of International, National, Group & Local standards and codes of practice.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent report writing skills and experience in the delivery of technical presentations to external clients.
- Proficient in HSE management principles and its application in company.
- Knowledge of Regulatory requirements and Industry Guidance & Best Practice.
- Working knowledge of MS office products.
- The ability to work unsupervised in an effective manner, maintaining good work prioritisation and time management across multiple tasks.
- A sound understanding of the safety and commercial impact of engineering decisions on an operated asset.

Additional Information
This role is offered on a hybrid basis however regular travel to Imrandd's office and the client's office in Aberdeen will be required.
