🚨 Senior Interim Lawyer | UK & Ireland | 3–6 Month Contract

I’m working on an exciting interim opportunity with a leading international business seeking a senior lawyer with strong commercial judgement and the ability to navigate complex, business-critical projects. This is a broad, project-driven role where the focus may range from negotiating complex commercial agreements in new business areas to supporting corporate restructurings, strategic initiatives and wider business transformation.

The Role

  • Lead and advise on complex commercial contracts and high-value negotiations.
  • Support strategic projects, including new business initiatives, corporate restructuring and organisational change.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to assess legal and commercial risks and identify practical solutions.
  • Apply sound commercial judgement, balancing legal protection with wider business objectives.
  • Navigate unfamiliar or evolving areas of the business, providing clear and pragmatic legal advice.
  • Take ownership of projects, working autonomously while collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
