Role Description
The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves leading interior design projects from concept to completion, including developing design narratives, space plans, and detailed layouts for hospitality environments. - Overseeing FF&E selection
- Preparing and reviewing construction drawings
- Coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Ensuring design quality across all project phases

The Senior Interior Designer will:
- Mentor junior team members
- Manage client presentations
- Maintain project timelines and budgets
The role also requires:
- Regular site visits
- Design reviews
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver cohesive and distinctive spaces
Qualifications
- Strong interior design skills, with proven experience in high-end hospitality or luxury residential projects.
- Proficiency in space planning and the ability to translate concept narratives into functional, elegant layouts.
- Knowledge of architecture principles and experience collaborating with architectural teams on integrated design solutions.
- Ability to produce, review, and coordinate detailed construction drawings and technical documentation.
- Expertise in FF&E selection, specification, and coordination, including finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Advanced skills in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp or equivalent).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and collaborators.
- Proven project management capabilities, including scheduling, budgeting, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in hybrid working environments and the ability to manage priorities independently and collaboratively.
