Senior Interior Designer – Commercial Workplace D&B

£65,000 - £80,000 + Project Based Commission | Permanent | London | Revit

We’re working with a highly regarded design-led workplace business delivering some seriously impressive commercial interiors across London.

They're looking for a Senior Designer who can do more than just produce good design. This is a client-facing role where you'll be involved in pitching, work winning and developing creative workplace projects from concept through to delivery.

You'll be joining a business that brings design and delivery together under one roof, working across commercial workplace projects where creativity needs to stack up commercially and be deliverable on site.

It's a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys being close to the client, understands how a project gets won, and wants to have a genuine influence on the design direction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
