We have an opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer to join our friendly, collaborative studio in Richmond.
This is a hands-on senior role working closely with the Directors, taking responsibility for our residential projects from initial concept through to completion.
THE ROLE
- Leading projects from concept through to completion
- Developing and presenting design schemes
- Overseeing space planning, technical design and bespoke joinery
- Leading FF&E sourcing and specification
- Managing project budgets and programmes
- Working closely with clients, architects, contractors and consultants
- Overseeing projects on site through to installation and styling
- Managing and supporting the wider design team

ABOUT YOU
- 5-7+ years' experience in high-end residential design
- A strong portfolio and excellent design eye
- Strong technical knowledge and AutoCAD skills
- Excellent FF&E, materials and supplier knowledge
- Proven experience leading projects from concept through to completion
- Confident working with clients, architects, contractors and consultants
- Able to lead and support other members of the design team
- Positive, practical and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working independently and taking ownership, while also working well as part of a team
