We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with in-depth experience in high-end hospitality fit-outs to join our growing In-House design team to deliver luxury restaurant projects around the globe.
The Senior Interior Designer will work closely with the Directors and Lead designers providing strong interior design concepts, architectural drawings and FF&E design direction for four restaurant brands.
This role will be office-based with international travel to various sites as required.
Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with Lead Designers to create impactful design presentations for project concepts
- Inspire the team with fresh ideas and innovative design solutions
- Design bespoke furniture, lighting, and (when relevant) custom upholstery
- Present and confidently communicate design concepts to stakeholders
- Lead projects with strong communication and exceptional client service
- Apply skilled space planning and knowledge of building regulations and planning
- Coordinate with artisans and suppliers to source unique bespoke materials and create prototypes for each project.
- Mentor Mid and Junior team members
- Collaborating with external consultants, architects and construction teams to ensure projects are run efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct quality checks during site construction to ensure brand quality is met.

What We Look For
Our ideal candidate embodies our values and the following:
- Proven experience as a Senior/ Middle-weight designer in a comparable setting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Suite and InDesign.
- A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a team
- A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine
