We’re hiring: Senior Interior Designer – Hospitality & F&B
A&CO is looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our London studio and help deliver distinctive hospitality and F&B spaces.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who is highly organised, productive and comfortable taking ownership. You’ll be working within a small, agile team, so we need someone who can bring structure to projects, keep things moving and approach challenges with a genuine can-do attitude.
Working closely with our Creative Director, you’ll lead projects from early concept through to detailed design, site delivery and final styling. You’ll need to be confident juggling multiple priorities, planning ahead and making sure both the creative and practical sides of a project stay on track. We’re particularly interested in designers who have developed their experience within a recognised, design-led interior or hospitality studio and are now looking for a role with greater influence, responsibility and creative ownership.
The role is weighted towards concept and design development, while still carrying responsibility for technical delivery and project management.

You’ll be:
- Developing and presenting strong, original design concepts
- Leading space planning, material palettes, FF&E and design presentations
- Working directly with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors
- Producing and overseeing detailed design information
- Planning workloads and keeping projects organised and moving forward
- Managing multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Taking a proactive, solutions-focused approach when challenges arise
- Getting hands-on when needed rather than simply delegating
- Visiting site and maintaining design quality through to completion
- Supporting and mentoring designers within a close-knit team
- Contributing to pitches, proposals and the continued growth of the studio
You’ll ideally:
- Have 8–10+ years’ experience, with a strong portfolio of hospitality, restaurant, bar or F&B projects.
- Come from a recognised and creatively respected design studio
- Be exceptionally organised and able to bring structure to complex projects
- Be productive, decisive and focused on getting things done
- Have a positive, proactive can-do attitude
- Be comfortable working at pace and managing several priorities at once
- Have experience working successfully within a small team
- Take ownership rather than waiting to be directed
- Be naturally hands-on and happy to get stuck into the detail
- Combine strong conceptual thinking with solid technical understanding
- Be confident presenting to clients and leading conversations
- Know how to take a design from a strong idea through to a beautifully delivered space
- Be confident using AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp
