Senior Interior Designer – Luxury Residential projects

Remote | Full-time

I am partnering with a prestigious, Dubai-based luxury interior design studio to appoint a talented and ambitious Senior Interior Designer. This is a fully remote opportunity, open to candidates based anywhere — making it a rare chance to work on exceptional luxury residential projects without leaving your home city.

The studio delivers high-end residential projects across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and America. Travel will be required for projects, so flexibility to travel internationally is essential.

The Role

  • Lead medium to large-scale luxury residential projects from concept to completion
  • Produce high-quality presentations, mood boards, floor plans, elevations, and renders
  • Manage the full procurement process, including complex FF&E budgets, supplier orders, and on-site delivery
  • Design bespoke furniture and joinery, producing tender drawings and reviewing shop drawings
  • Present confidently and professionally to clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Travel internationally for site visits, client meetings, and project delivery as required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
