A highly respected luxury interior design studio is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join its London team, working on exceptional high-end residential projects.

The Role

  • Act as project lead on multiple small-scale projects across all stages, developing the design and managing the project through to fruition.
  • Manage design teams and monitor project programmes to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Present design concept presentations confidently to clients.
  • Design bespoke joinery, FF&E and supply technical drawings.
  • Design and cost up FF&E and review and check FF&E plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, consultants and contractors throughout each project.
  • Mentor and support junior designers while contributing fresh ideas and creative direction.
  • Attend supplier meetings, trade fairs and continually develop product and industry knowledge.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–6 years' experience delivering high-end residential interior design projects.*
  • Proven experience and confidence leading high-end residential projects.
  • Strong FF&E knowledge, including procurement processes and bespoke furniture.
  • Technical design knowledge.
  • Experience managing project budgets and strong commercial awareness.
  • Confident client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to establish positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Previous experience mentoring or coaching junior designers.
  • Relevant Interior Design qualification.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
