Senior Interior Designer
Commercial & Workplace Interiors | Central London | 6+ Years’ Experience | £48,000–£58,000
An award-winning, multidisciplinary architecture and design practice based in Central London is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join its growing interiors team, working on bold, people-focused commercial and workplace projects. The studio has built a strong reputation for design-led, thoughtful spaces that inspire creativity and collaboration.
Architects with a genuine interest in working predominantly on interior projects are also encouraged to apply.
The Role
You’ll lead the development and delivery of beautifully crafted commercial and workplace interiors from concept through to completion, working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. You’ll bring creative flair, technical precision, and a strong understanding of how people interact with space, taking ownership of projects and client relationships while supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design development of commercial and workplace interiors, from concept through to technical delivery
- Communicate design ideas confidently through visuals, sketches, and presentations
- Lead client liaison, interpreting and responding to client requirements directly
- Develop layouts, materials, finishes, and furniture schemes aligned with the project vision
- Oversee detailed technical drawings and space plans using Revit
- Apply strong graphic and presentation skills using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Drive creative ideas across a range of projects and sectors, supporting design excellence throughout
About You
- 6+ years’ experience in commercial/workplace interior design
- Strong Revit proficiency essential
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Freehand sketching skills highly desirable
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and client-facing skills
- Comfortable leading projects while working collaboratively within a team
- 2 days per week from home, with agile working hours currently being explored
