Senior Interior Designer (Creative - Retail)

We’re working with a growing design studio looking for a talented Senior 3D Creative to join its friendly and collaborative team.
This is a hands-on Senior Interior Design role with a strong focus on retail environments. You’ll be involved across the creative process, developing concepts, producing high-quality 3D visuals, and helping bring branded spaces to life. You'll also be there to help and support junior members of the team as needed.

The Role
You’ll work across a range of retail interior projects, from early-stage concepts through to developed design.
The role will include:
- Developing creative concepts for retail environments
- Producing strong 3D visuals and presentation material
- Creating layouts, spatial concepts, and customer journeys
- Taking projects from concept through to detailed design
- Working closely with interior, technical, and project teams
- Presenting ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
- Managing multiple projects while maintaining a high creative standard
About You
You’ll be a confident, hands-on Senior Designer with strong retail interiors experience and an excellent eye for space, brand, and customer experience.

- Proven experience within retail interior design
- Strong concept development and space-planning skills
- Advanced SketchUp skills
- Strong AutoCAD experience
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality retail projects
- Confidence presenting ideas and leading creative conversations
- A collaborative, positive approach
- The ability to balance creativity with commercial and technical requirements
