Senior Designer
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Designer to join a leading design-led studio. This is a senior role for a designer with a genuine passion for experience-led environments, with the ability to lead projects from concept through to completion.
Working closely with the Creative Director and CEO, the Senior Designer will lead multiple projects across a range of scales, from large-scale hospitality schemes to smaller projects. They will take ownership of the creative direction, design development and delivery, ensuring projects are delivered to an exceptional standard, on time and within budget.

- An outstanding eye for scale, proportion, colour, materiality, and detail.
- Strong knowledge of FF&E, specialist finishes, sustainable materials, suppliers, and bespoke furniture.
- Cultural curiosity, commercial awareness, and a passion for emerging trends, hospitality, F&B, and innovative design.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong project management and technical skills.
- Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and procurement teams, overseeing drawings, specifications, design development, tender, construction, and installation.
- Confident resolution of challenges, management of deadlines, and maintenance of design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Creatively working alongside the Creative Director to develop and present compelling, experience-led concepts, and confidently communicating and selling design solutions to clients.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills.

Additional Responsibilities
- Mentorship and support for Junior and Middleweight Designers.
- Contribution to the development of studio standards, processes, and culture.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Revit knowledge is highly advantageous.
Working Conditions
- 2 days WFH.
