The Studio

This established London studio specialises in hospitality architecture and interior design, working on hotels, resorts and mixed-use developments in the UK and internationally.

Its projects bring together architecture, interior architecture and interior design to create distinctive guest experiences. The work balances strong creative concepts with detailed technical delivery, responding carefully to the location, operator requirements and commercial considerations of each project.

The studio works across every stage of the design process, from initial concept and space planning through to construction and completion.

The Opportunity

The studio is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and delivery of multiple hospitality projects.

  • You will lead internal design teams, delegate work and act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, consultants and the wider project team.
  • The role will involve developing original design concepts and producing drawings, models, visual material, mood boards and presentations.
  • You will also oversee the preparation of detailed design and construction information, including full working drawing packages, bespoke joinery, furniture and lighting details.
  • Alongside the creative aspects of the role, you will ensure projects are delivered in line with the agreed programme and budget.
  • You will coordinate external consultants, review technical information, implement quality assurance procedures and ensure that relevant statutory and building regulation requirements are addressed.
  • You will lead presentations and design discussions with clients, interpreting their requirements and communicating ideas clearly.
  • Internally, you will manage and mentor designers, junior designers and interns, ensuring that team members are properly briefed and supported throughout the project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
