About the Studio
Our client is an established, design-led interior architecture and design studio known for creating distinctive, highly considered spaces shaped by culture, community, and context. Their portfolio spans high-end hospitality, F&B, wellness, and large-scale hotel developments, with a strong focus on thoughtful design, collaboration, and delivering innovative concepts through to completion.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 8 years’ experience across interior architecture, design, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale hotel and/or high-end F&B projects.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Directors and Associates
- Take responsibility for the creative and day-to-day delivery of projects from concept through to completion
- Lead the design team, develop creative concepts, oversee design development and technical documentation
- Coordinate with clients, operators, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on programme, and within budget

- Contribute to pitches, recruitment, and business development
- Represent the studio confidently within the wider industry
Requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Excellent technical and construction knowledge
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong eye for colour, materials, composition, and form
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage deadlines, and communicate confidently and diplomatically with clients and external stakeholders

Technical Skills:
- Advanced AutoCAD skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of SketchUp
- Experience with Revit, Enscape, 3D Studio Max, or Rhino would be advantageous
Job Details
- 1-2 days WFH
- Mat Leave Cover Contract - 1 Year
