Senior Interior Designer
MADE Careers is working with a leading international architecture and design practice looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join its growing London interiors team.
We’re looking for a strong designer with experience across luxury hospitality, high-end residential or mixed-use interiors, and a portfolio that shows real strength in concept, narrative, and detail.
Working closely with the Head of Interior Design, you’ll lead projects from concept through to completion, with plenty of creative ownership alongside direct client exposure and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the team.
The Role
- Lead interior projects from initial concept through to completion
- Develop strong design concepts, narratives, and presentations
- Present ideas and build relationships with clients
- Maintain design quality through detailed design, site, and delivery
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Oversee bespoke elements, materials, and detailing
- Mentor junior designers
- Contribute to pitches and new project opportunities

Requirements
- Strong interior design experience within a high-quality design studio
- Excellent portfolio across luxury hospitality, high-end residential, and/or mixed-use
- Experience leading projects from concept through to completion
- Strong conceptual, presentation, and detailing skills
- Confidence working directly with clients
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
- Experience using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino
- Revit and Enscape would be advantageous
- Experience mentoring or leading other designers
