Senior Interior Designer
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Interior Designer to join our client, a highly regarded London interiors studio renowned for its expertise in luxury hospitality and residential design. Specialising in high-end hotel and F&B projects across the globe, the studio is expanding its hospitality team and is looking for a skilled designer with strong project leadership experience.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from the initial concept phase through to final execution. You will oversee design development, coordination, and documentation, while ensuring a high standard of design is maintained throughout the project and delivered successfully on site. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, as well as taking responsibility for leading and supporting other designers. Previous experience in a leadership position is therefore essential.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design process across high-profile hospitality projects, including restaurants, bars, and hotels.
- Work collaboratively with both internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
- Produce detailed design documentation, from initial concepts through to technical packages.
- Oversee project execution on site and ensure the original design intent is maintained throughout the build.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading hospitality projects, with particular experience across restaurants and F&B spaces.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Strong client-facing skills and excellent communication and project management abilities.
