Acting as a trusted deputy to Associate Director and Director level, you will play a key role in shaping design direction, team culture, and studio output at the highest standard.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design vision and delivery of multiple high-end hospitality, resort, and branded residential projects from concept through to completion
  • Drive concept development, spatial strategies, and narrative-led design, ensuring originality and alignment with studio ethos
  • Take full responsibility for technical output including GA plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, and RCPs
  • Lead consultant coordination across MEP, structural, architectural, and specialist teams, ensuring seamless design integration
  • Oversee FF&E strategy, procurement, supplier relationships, and approvals, maintaining alignment with budget and design intent
  • Act as senior client and stakeholder lead, managing presentations, approvals, design direction, and complex project discussions
  • Lead and mentor a multi-level design team (Senior, Mid-Weight, Junior), supporting development, performance, and quality standards
  • Contribute to business development, pitches, and studio representation alongside Directors and Associates

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
