The role:
You can expect to be focused on running Retrofit + CAT B developments which challenge the norms of 'traditional or corporate interiors' with a strong human-centric approach and design flair. In addition to:
- Leading interior design concepts from brief through to delivery
- Setting the creative vision and narrative for projects
- Engaging with clients from the get-go
- Championing innovative, non-standard approaches aligned with the company ethos
- Ensuring a cohesive relationship between architecture, interiors, and brand
- Overseeing multiple projects across the workplace, commercial, and adaptive reuse sector
- Guiding design development, FF&E, material palettes, and details
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical packages

Essential Criteria

- 6+ years’ experience in interior design (workplace/commercial preferred)
- Proven experience leading projects from concept to completion
- Strong portfolio demonstrating narrative-led, high-quality interiors
- Excellent knowledge of materials, FF&E, and detailing
- Proficiency in Revit
