About the Studio

Some studios build a reputation by shouting. This one built it by delivering.

Founded in London in the late nineties, it is now an international practice with studios across three continents. The portfolio is wide (private homes, mixed-use schemes, hospitality, and the occasional yacht or private jet), but fashion retail is where it made its name. Flagship stores for globally recognised fashion houses, the kind that pick up store design awards with slightly irritating regularity.

Culturally, it is a studio obsessed with the details other practices skip: how a material behaves in a particular light, and exactly where the joint lands.

About the Role

The studio is looking for a Senior Interior Designer with a strong creative voice and a design process to match.

This is a senior design role first. They want someone who can shape the thinking behind a scheme, not just resolve it, and who can lead projects from first concept through to detailed design. A strong pipeline of high-profile retail and commercial work is coming through now, so you will land on live projects and keep them moving without diluting the idea.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
