About The Role
Our client is a globally recognised interior design studio specialising in high-end hospitality, F&B, and large-scale hotel projects. They are known for creating exceptional, experience-led interiors that combine creativity, craft, and attention to detail.
They are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their dynamic team. This role offers a high level of responsibility, working closely with clients and consultants while leading the design development of world-class projects. The ideal candidate will bring at least six years of experience in interior design and project management within the luxury hospitality sector. A genuine passion for interior architecture, furniture, and product design is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional design standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design development of luxury hospitality, hotel, and F&B projects across all stages, from concept to completion
- Partner with directors and senior designers to establish and articulate the creative vision
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring design intent and quality are upheld
- Oversee the preparation of drawings, specifications, and presentation materials
- Collaborate with the FF&E team to develop cohesive material palettes and design identities
- Supervise and mentor junior and midweight designers
- Contribute to pitches, presentations, and design documentation
Key Skills/Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in interior design, ideally within the luxury hospitality, hotels, or F&B projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
- Ability to use Revit, Enscape, or Rhino is beneficial
- Excellent technical and detailing skills with a strong understanding of materials, joinery, and finishes
- Confident communicator with proven experience presenting to clients and managing design teams
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
