We're currently partnering with a highly respected architecture and design practice in the search for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join its growing interiors team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creatively driven designer to work on thoughtfully crafted, design-led workplace and mixed-use projects that prioritise user experience, sustainability and innovation.
The studio has built an excellent reputation for delivering contemporary, highly considered environments for a broad range of blue-chip clients and is seeking a designer who can combine strong conceptual thinking with confident project delivery skills.
The Opportunity
Working as part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of high-budget workplace projects.
The successful candidate will be a versatile designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, spatial awareness and an ability to develop compelling design narratives. You will be comfortable contributing across all stages of a project, from early-stage strategy and concept design through to technical development and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to workplace interior design projects from concept through to completion
- Develop creative design concepts, presentations and client-facing materials
- Produce space plans, layouts and workplace strategies
- Create mood boards, material palettes and design narratives
- Develop and coordinate project documentation throughout design stages
- Present ideas confidently to clients and project stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with architects, consultants and wider project teams
- Support and mentor junior designers where appropriate
- Ensure design quality and consistency throughout project delivery

- Proven experience delivering high-quality workplace interior projects
- Strong conceptual and creative design ability
- Experience working across multiple project stages
- Excellent space planning and workplace design skills
- Confident presenting ideas and engaging with clients
- Strong attention to detail and design rigour
- Collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-led environment
- Revit (essential)
- Adobe Creative Suite

Salary £45-55,000 pa D.O.E
