Are you a dynamic Senior Interior Designer with an innovative portfolio to match? Are you looking to gain experience across a range of UK and global projects?
We are looking for a creative collaborative team player to join our dynamic interior team, you'll be working on a variety of design projects across multiple sectors and countries with the aim to personally grow and improve as a designer and individual along with mentoring junior members of the team.
The Senior Interior Designer is responsible for the design and management of the project on a day-to-day basis, and at all times maintaining the highest standards of design and client management. Large scale project integration and collaboration is beneficial but not crucial, they will have a full understanding of the project process and will work with minimal guidance from the Associate Director but also have strong communication skills.

What we are looking for
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Design related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience working on Concept, Schematic and/or Detailed stage in Interior Design projects.
- Experience of large format environments is advantageous.
- Experience working in large team and consultant environments is advantageous.
- A positive and creative thinker.
- Ability to think through design problems and outstanding attention to detail.
- Advanced REVIT Capability
- Advanced software skills, including both 2D and 3D software capabilities: Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, SketchUp or an alternative 3D package such as Rhino.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience of liaising and developing client relationships.
- Team player with collaborative work ethic. Proactive and conscientious.
- Keen to learn and develop skills and share knowledge with more junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities
With the guidance of the Associate Director or others in the team, responsibilities will include design strategy, concept design and the production of detailed working drawings and checking the work of others.
Have fast creative solutions on projects from concept design through to development and presentation, ensuring high quality outputs and creativity, with minimal guidance.
Strategic innovation through a proven understanding of trends and insights and interpreting these within unique design solutions.
