About The Practice

Our client is a highly regarded international architecture and design studio with offices in London and the US, delivering ambitious projects across residential, commercial, workplace and cultural sectors worldwide.

The studio is known for producing thoughtful, high-quality architecture and interiors across a wide range of scales and typologies, working on projects throughout the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Due to ongoing project demands, the studio is now looking to appoint an Interior Designer with strong FF&E experience to join its London team.

This position will suit an experienced Interior Designer who can take ownership of FF&E packages across high-quality UK workplace interior projects.

You will be responsible for coordinating specifications, procurement and supplier relationships while collaborating closely with the wider design team to ensure the delivery of well-resolved interior environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead FF&E packages across interior design projects
  • Prepare specifications, schedules and procurement documentation
  • Source materials, furniture and finishes from UK suppliers
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants and suppliers
  • Support the delivery of high-quality workplace interior projects
  • Ensure designs align with project requirements and client expectations

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in interior design
  • Strong FF&E specification and procurement experience
  • UK project experience essential, ideally within London
  • Knowledge of UK suppliers, materials and sourcing processes
  • Experience delivering workplace / office interiors preferred
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Revit knowledge beneficial (not expected to be highly advanced)
