London | £90,000–£120,000 + Bonus

This is a role for a workplace designer who can do more than create an exceptional scheme.

You’ll be the creative lead in the room, understanding the client, shaping the concept, presenting the vision and helping win high-value commercial workplace projects.

I’m recruiting for a leading London workplace design and build specialist looking for an experienced Lead Interior Designer / Senior Project Designer to take the creative lead across major CAT B commercial office projects.

The role

  • Lead the creative direction of high-value CAT B workplace pitches and tenders
  • Interpret complex client briefs and turn them into compelling workplace concepts
  • Present and pitch confidently to C-suite clients and senior stakeholders
  • Develop commercially strong design solutions that balance creativity, budget, and deliverability
  • Lead the design development process following a successful pitch
  • Collaborate closely with project, pre-contract, visualisation, and technical teams
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to repeat and new business
  • Remain involved through the project lifecycle, supporting delivery where required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
