Senior Interior Designer – Workplace Design & Build, London

Salary: Up to £85k + Commission

Location: London

I'm working with a well established workplace design and build company in London who are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join their growing studio.

The big draw here is who you'll be working with a Head of Design who is very well known in the industry and has already built two successful design teams at market leading design and build firms. They're now building their next team, and this hire is an important part of that. If you want to learn from someone who has done it before and develop your career properly, this is a great opportunity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Role

You'll be leading workplace projects from concept through to completion, working closely with the Head of Design on the creative direction of the studio.

Pitching is a big part of the job. You'll be in the room presenting to clients, putting the design story together and helping the business win new work. Once a project is won, you'll stay with it and work alongside the project managers and delivery team to make sure it gets built the way it was designed.

You'll also be producing your design packages in Revit, and helping to support the more junior designers in the team.
