We’re looking for a fabulous Interior Designer to join the London studio of a global architecture and design practice at a particularly exciting point in its growth.
This is much more than another senior workplace design role.
It’s an opportunity to join an established international studio while becoming part of building and growing its London workplace business, its team and its reputation in the market.
We’re looking for someone with exceptional design credentials, strong London market knowledge and genuine experience delivering beautiful, high-end workplaces.
Experience within the legal sector and law firm design would be particularly interesting.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You’ll have the backing, resources and reputation of a global design studio — but with the opportunity to help shape something that is still growing in London.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You’ll work alongside the studio leadership to deliver exceptional projects, develop client relationships and build the workplace team and portfolio.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
First and foremost, you need to be a great designer.
You’ll have a beautiful portfolio and significant experience creating high-end workplace environments.
You may have designed workplaces for leading law firms, professional services, financial institutions or global corporate clients, and understand the particular complexity and sophistication these projects demand.
You’ll be equally comfortable talking design with your team and sitting across the table from a senior client.
You can take an idea from the first conversation and turn it into an exceptional built environment.
But this role needs more than a great portfolio.

You need to be fabulous with people.
Engaging, curious, collaborative and confident. Someone who builds relationships naturally. Someone clients remember and designers want to work with.
You’ll have the ambition to help build a business and a team, rather than simply inherit one.
THE SWEET SPOT
You might currently be a Senior Interior Designer, Associate or Senior Associate within one of London's leading workplace studios.
Perhaps you’ve delivered the big projects and built an impressive portfolio, but you're starting to wonder what the next step looks like.
This could be it.
The scale and opportunity of a global studio, combined with the chance to have real influence over the growth of its London business.
More ownership.
More visibility.
More opportunity to shape the work, the team and the culture around you.
