Job Description

This role is a strategic advisor to solution leadership teams and a key partner in Quadient's transformation journey. The Senior IC Business Partner helps leaders navigate change, align employees around business priorities, and ensure critical initiatives are understood, adopted, and sustained across the organization.

Working at the intersection of business strategy, leadership, and organizational change, they provide counsel to senior leaders and develop internal communications approaches that build understanding, readiness, and confidence during periods of transformation.

As part of a global internal communications function, the Senior IC Business Partner works closely with solution leadership teams, the Senior Director of Internal Communications, the Senior Editorial Lead, and fellow IC Business Partners to ensure communications support business objectives and employee needs across Quadient.

In addition to supporting solution priorities, the role leads communications for major cross-functional initiatives, including AI, leadership enablement, culture, and enterprise transformation programs.

This role combines strategic advising, storytelling, leadership enablement, and change communications expertise to help leaders communicate effectively, strengthen employee understanding, and support organizational readiness during periods of transformation and growth. They influence how strategic priorities are communicated and experienced, helping drive alignment and change adoption across the solution and broader organization.

Your role in our future:

  • Act as a trusted strategic communications advisor to solution leadership, translating enterprise and solution priorities into communication strategies, messaging frameworks, and plans that drive clarity, alignment, and employee impact.
  • Enable leaders to communicate with confidence and consistency through coaching, message development, and support for high-impact internal moments, including town halls, people leader sessions, kickoffs, AMAs, and strategic updates.
  • Lead communications for solution and enterprise transformation initiatives, applying change management methodologies and defining sequencing, messaging, and pacing to drive understanding, readiness, adoption, and sustained change.
  • Ensure communications align with Quadient's corporate narrative, messaging architecture, and editorial standards, applying governance, channel guidance, and cross-solution coordination to maintain clarity, consistency, and focus.
  • Partner on global and cross-solution priorities, including AI, leadership enablement, culture initiatives, EVP activation, and other enterprise programs, translating enterprise narratives into relevant solution-level communications.
  • Provide communication counsel and support during sensitive issues, organizational changes, and M&A activities, partnering with HR and senior leaders to ensure effective employee communication and alignment.
  • Use data, feedback, and communication insights to continuously improve effectiveness, inform decisions, and strengthen strategic impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
