About Entain

There's nothing like a career at Entain. We're a leading, global sports betting and gaming company and we're upping the excitement and increasing player safety. We're a FTSE company with iconic brands including Ladbrokes, Coral, BetMGM, Eurobet and bwin, and we have an energy that drives us to perform at the height of our potential. Whether you're an engineer, marketer or retail specialist, a career here is a complete game changer.

Job Description

As a Senior Internal Communications Channels Manager, you will shape how colleagues discover, experience and engage with our communications.

Over the past few years, we've grown, welcoming businesses from across the globe into the Entain family. While these businesses are all part of the Group, they don't yet all sit on the same systems and channels. That creates a unique opportunity for communications to help bring colleagues together, helping them feel informed, connected and part of one Entain.

That's where you will come in.

Reporting to the head of Internal Communications, you will be part of the Group Internal Communications and Engagement team which is at the very heart of Entain, connecting our global organisation.

We're looking for a Senior Internal Communications Channels Manager to help shape how colleagues discover, experience and engage with our communications across the range and complexity of our business. This is a role for a channels expert who has hands-on delivery and is passionate about creating brilliant, simple, inclusive channel experiences.

You Will:

  • Lead the strategy, roadmap and daily performance of Entain's internal communications channels, balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
  • Lead the ongoing development and optimisation of our channel ecosystem, ensuring channels remain engaging, intuitive and fit for a global workforce.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of channel performance, including user experience, governance, content structure, technical issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Internal Communications, People, Technology and Governance teams to deliver connected communication experiences across the business.
  • Use data, colleague feedback and industry best practice to identify opportunities, improve engagement and enhance the employee experience.
  • Manage relationships with main suppliers and platform partners, ensuring we're maximising value, innovation and service delivery.
  • Oversee the technical delivery of global virtual and hybrid events, helping create engaging experiences for colleagues across multiple markets.
  • Be the go-to expert for internal communication channels, coaching team members and advocating for best practice across the organisation.
  • Stay on top of latest technologies, Microsoft 365 developments and evolving audience behaviours to evolve our channels and experiences.
  • Champion improvement and continuous improvement across everything we deliver.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
