We are looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager, Campaigns to lead the development and delivery of strategic internal communications campaigns that align to business priorities, drive engagement and enable frontline colleagues to deliver for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end internal communications campaigns from strategy through to delivery.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define campaign objectives, audiences, and success measures.
- Develop compelling campaign narratives, creative approaches, and channel plans.
- Manage campaign governance, planning, and performance reporting.
- Use insight and data to measure effectiveness and continuously improve results.
- Lead and develop the Internal Communications Executive (Campaigns).
- Support the delivery of key internal events and leadership communications.

About You
- Proven experience delivering large-scale internal communications campaigns in a complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of change communications and colleague engagement.
- Demonstrable experience communicating effectively with frontline audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
- An exceptional writer with the ability to turn business priorities into engaging communications.
