Senior Internal Communications Manager, Content & Channels
We're looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager, Content & Channels to lead our internal communications content and channel strategy, ensuring colleagues receive clear, consistent and impactful communications across a range of platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and evolving our internal communications channels, including intranet, email, video, and digital platforms.
- Managing the communications calendar and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Creating high-quality content, leadership messaging, and engaging colleague stories.
- Using data and insight to improve channel performance and engagement.
- Developing editorial standards, governance, and tone of voice.
- Leading and developing Internal Communications Executive (Editorial).

About You
- Proven experience leading internal communications content and channels strategies within a complex organisation.
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel communications across office-based and frontline audiences.
- Experience using analytics to improve engagement and communication effectiveness.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, planning, and organisational abilities.
