Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, confident, and technically skilled Senior Internal Communications Manager to lead and shape internal communications across Europe and India. This role is ideal for a seasoned communicator who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
As a senior leader within the regional internal communications function, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and driving impactful employee engagement through compelling storytelling and innovative communication approaches.

From developing strategy and campaigns you’ll play a key role in using communications to drive business performance, strengthen our culture and amplify what matters most.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Messaging Alignment
- Develop and lead regional internal communications strategies that align with global priorities and support business growth, transformation, and cultural evolution.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating business objectives into clear, engaging, and actionable communication plans.
- Ensure messaging consistency across regions, functions, and channels, reinforcing organisational purpose, values, and strategic direction.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate communication effectiveness and continuously optimise strategy and delivery.
Technical and Digital Communications Expertise
- Oversee the development and execution of high-impact digital content across intranet, video, email, and internal social platforms.
- Drive innovation in communication tools and technologies to enhance employee experience and engagement.
- Partner with creative and content teams to ensure messaging is visually compelling, accessible, and inclusive.

Stakeholder Management and Influence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, HR, and functional heads to understand business priorities and shape communication strategies accordingly.
- Provide expert counsel to stakeholders on internal messaging, change communications, and leadership visibility.
- Influence and coach leaders to communicate authentically and effectively with their teams.
Content Strategy and Editorial Oversight
- Lead the development of high-quality, strategic content including executive communications, campaigns, and change narratives.
- Maintain editorial standards and ensure a consistent tone of voice across all internal channels.
- Champion inclusive and purpose-driven storytelling that resonates with diverse employee audiences.
Change and Crisis Communications
- Lead internal communications for major change initiatives, including transformation, integration, and organisational restructuring.
- Develop and execute crisis communication plans that protect trust, ensure transparency, and support business continuity.
Collaboration and Global Integration
- Partner with global and enterprise communications teams to ensure alignment and share best practices.
- Connect external market and client insights to internal messaging, reinforcing strategic priorities and employee relevance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration across regions and functions to deliver a unified employee experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience in internal communications within large, complex, and matrixed organisations.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering strategic communication plans that drive engagement and alignment.
- Advanced technical skills in digital media, content creation, and communication platforms.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in change and crisis communications
