Circa £90,000 basic DOE plus benefits
12 months fixed term contract
Our client, a fast growing international organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Communications Manager to lead employee communications and engagement initiatives across a global workforce.
Working closely with senior leaders and cross functional teams, you'll drive internal communication strategies, oversee key employee engagement campaigns, and support the delivery of company-wide events. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver internal communications strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support leadership communications and change initiatives.
- Create engaging content across multiple channels, including intranet, email, presentations, speeches and employee campaigns.
- Manage the internal communications calendar and coordinate communications across global teams.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, connection and alignment.
- Support the planning and delivery of internal events, town halls and corporate engagement programmes.
- Measure communications effectiveness and provide regular reporting and insights.
- Manage internal communications platforms and identify opportunities to improve channels and technology.
- Lead, coach and develop a small communications team.

- Proven experience in a senior internal communications role within a complex, international organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience advising senior leaders.
- Experience delivering employee engagement, culture and change communication programmes.
- Experience working on internal events.
- Previous people management experience is essential, including coaching, developing and leading communications professionals.
- Demonstrable experience working with designers, videographers, creative agencies and multimedia specialists, managing projects from brief through to delivery.
