About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Internal Recruiter to collaborate with our Talent & Culture Associate Director. You’ll oversee end-to-end hiring and help scale our exceptional team within a fast-growth environment like ours.

There’s a special focus on growing our sales team—preference given to those with recruitment experience in high-performing sales professionals.
This isn’t a standard recruitment role—it’s about joining a team building something special. You’ll:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape role specifications.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to connect with top talent and build candidate pipelines for open vacancies.
- Screen inbound applications and conduct assessment calls.
- Proactively engage candidates who align with future needs.
- Manage metrics and notes in Teamtailor (ATS), ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience (internal or agency).
- Exceptional candidate-sourcing skills with confidence to cold call.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with high-quality candidates.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed & Teamtailor.
- Strong candidate pipeline management and data tracking capabilities.
- Commercial mindset with self-motivation and a genuine interest in people.
- Ability to conduct phone & Microsoft Teams interviews.
