Job Title: Senior Administrator
Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a leading global investment management organisation to recruit a Senior Administrator into its EMEA Fund & Investment Administration team. This role is a 1 Year Assignment based in Edinburgh.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fund Operations professional with expertise in NAV Oversight, Fund Administration, Valuations, and Investment Operations to join a high-performing team supporting a diverse range of EMEA funds.
Key Responsibilities
- NAV oversight and exception management
- Valuation and pricing oversight
- Cash and position reconciliation support
- Investment operations across the trade lifecycle
- Service provider and stakeholder management
- Risk, controls and process improvement initiatives
- Supporting automation and operational enhancement projects

Person Specification
- Experience within Fund Administration, Fund Operations, or Investment Operations
- Strong understanding of NAV Oversight and fund accounting controls
- Experience investigating operational exceptions and reconciliations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Aladdin is essential
