We are looking for our next team member who will be joining us as a Senior Investment Solutions Sales in London.

Driven by entrepreneurial spirit and fuelled by innovation, Lynceus Partners is the next-generation Structured Products provider, combining derivatives knowledge from our team of experts and latest technological developments to create a comprehensive ecosystem for Institutional and Wealth clients.
We are looking for a Sales with a network in the Wealth and Asset Management sector in the UK area to promote our services.
Your Main Responsibilities
As a Senior Investment Solutions Sales, you will be joining a dynamic team with the responsibility to co-develop our presence in the UK and more specifically with family offices and independent Asset Managers. The role is based in London.
- You will be accountable for the commercial strategy on this market, including client acquisition and retention strategies, promotion of Lynceus Partners' financial expertise and technological solutions as well as revenue generation.
- You will enlarge and diversify client’s portfolio.
- You will deliver cross asset solutions as well as other outcome-oriented investment products (private debt, private equity) that will match client’s needs.
- To achieve success, you can rely on a strong internal support team to serve your clients.
- You will manage a Team of Sales.

Requirements
Competencies we are looking for and that you will develop in this role:

What Experience And Background We Are Looking For
- Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Engineering…
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in offering investment solutions to institutional clients and IFAs based in the UK.
- A working knowledge of the private assets market or a willingness and interest to develop professional competencies in this class of assets.
- The ability and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluent in English; other languages would be a plus.
