Job Title

The role will be based at the firm's European headquarters. We are particularly interested in experienced European investment professionals currently based in London who may be considering a move to continental Europe. Relocation to the firm's headquarters would be required.

Our client is a leading European investment platform focused on infrastructure and is looking to appoint a senior professional to strengthen its Investor Relations function.

This is a relationship management-focused role, working with an established base of institutional investors and LPs. The firm already has a strong network of investors, established relationships and fundraising channels, so this is not a traditional fundraising or origination position.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in managing and developing the firm's existing LP relationships, ensuring a high level of engagement and service across the investor base.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
