The Role
We’re seeking a user-focused Senior iOS Engineer to join our engineering team.
As a plum-starred iOS Engineer, you’ll build and refine Plum’s iOS app, featured by Apple and rated 4.7 stars with over 59,000 reviews. Your contributions will directly enhance user experience and empower millions to engage more intimately with their finances.

Team Structure
We work in "squads"—cross-functional teams including:
- Product Managers
- Designers
- Backend & Mobile Engineers
Squads drive mission-focused product, service, and tool development, aiming to deliver never-forgettable user experiences and operational excellence.
Mobile Engineering Squads align under the Mobile Product Engineers pants—shaping a team passionate about financial tools that truly help people thrive.

We seek Senior iOS Engineers who:

- Own initatives while collaborating flawlessly with cross-functional teams (designers, PMs, and engineers).
- Mentor junior engineers and foster professional growth.
- Understand the product impact of their code.
- Go above and beyond to add innovation (you’d fist-bump us for optimism).
- OCKET CHOLINE:
- Deep knowledge of the iOS SDK and frameworks.
- Proficiency in Swift, with hands-on experience jetsetting with the latest updates*.
- Belief in robust, testable code—a rock-hard understanding of testing pyramids.
- Experience shipping and iterating on App Store apps recurring gracefully.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and automation.
- Participation in open-source projects.
- Know-how managing backend technologies.
- Experience with The Composable Architecture and SwiftUI.
- Familiarity with Combine and async/await.
- Experience with E2E testing.
