Role Overview

Our customers invest in technology to solve business problems, improve performance, and support growth.

The challenge is ensuring they continue to see value long after the initial purchase.

As a Senior IT Account Executive, you'll help customers identify opportunities to improve outcomes, adopt new solutions, and maximise their investment in Microsoft technologies and Infinity services. You'll act as a trusted advisor, connecting customer objectives with practical technology solutions while driving retention, growth, and long-term partnerships.

Success in this role comes from understanding customers' challenges, spotting opportunities others miss, and building relationships that create mutual value.

What you'll be doing

  • Grow Strategic Customer Relationships Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across your customer portfolio. Understand their goals, pressures, and priorities, and ensure Infinity remains closely aligned to what matters most to their business.
  • Identify and Create Growth Opportunities Spot opportunities to expand customer value through additional services, solutions, and strategic recommendations. Focus on solving business problems, not simply selling products.
  • Drive Customer Retention and Value Ensure customers continue to receive measurable value from their investment in Infinity. Proactively manage risks, strengthen relationships, and support long-term account health.
  • Lead Commercial Conversations Take ownership of proposals, account plans, growth strategies, and customer engagements that help expand partnerships and deliver commercial success.
  • Champion the Customer Internally Act as the voice of the customer across the business, bringing together sales, delivery, support, and consultancy teams to ensure customers receive a consistent and high-quality experience.
  • Create Account Visibility and Insight Use customer insight, account intelligence, and CRM data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and support informed decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
