Main responsibilities
- Design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony, and systems
- Implement secure, fault-tolerant infrastructure solutions
- Provide technical leadership and architectural direction across multiple teams
- Act as an internal escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
- Plan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscape
- Lead and participate in infrastructure, systems, and application projects
- Migrate systems from on-premise to co-location and cloud environments
- Mentor less senior staff
- Manage vendors for hardware, software, and service troubleshooting
- Help define and execute enterprise-wide infrastructure strategy
- Develop solutions supporting international expansion

Requirements
Technical Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise LAN/WAN, servers, and storage
- Strong experience with routing, switching, firewalls, wireless infrastructure (physical & virtual)
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter
- Experience administering Okta SSO / MFA
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Server OS and Active Directory
- Cloud experience with AWS and Azure (cloud-first approach)
- Disaster recovery and business continuity design experience
- Microsoft collaboration stack: O365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Strong scripting skills
- Patch deployment experience
- Network and systems monitoring experience (plus)
- Splunk experience (plus)
- ITIL experience (plus)
- Linux experience (plus)
- Cisco Meraki experience (plus
