Innovid Overview

Innovid is the leading independent omnichannel ad tech platform, empowering marketers to create, deliver, measure, and optimize ad-supported experiences that people love. In 2025, Innovid and Flashtalking merged to create a transparent, scalable alternative to big-tech, walled-gardens, and point solutions across CTV, digital, linear, and social channels. As part of Mediaocean, Innovid is tied into the industry’s core ad infrastructure for omnichannel planning, buying, and billing.

We are proud to lead the industry with our innovation, intelligence, and independence as the company best-suited to power the future of advertising.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Work within a global IT team spanning multiple time zones and offices, coordinating priorities and sharing knowledge across regions
  • Provide escalation support for complex technical issues that junior team members are unable to resolve, acting as a subject-matter resource for the wider support team
  • Administer and support core identity and productivity platforms, including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud
  • Support and maintain AWS-based infrastructure and cloud services in collaboration with wider IT and engineering teams
  • Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and content structure, supporting collaboration and document management needs across the business
  • Plan and execute on-premises to cloud and cloud to cloud migration projects, including scoping, testing, and post-migration support
  • Administer and support Atlassian products (e.g. Jira, Confluence), including user access, workflows, and integrations
  • Design, build, and maintain automation scripts and tools (primarily PowerShell and Python) to streamline IT operations, reduce manual effort, and improve reliability across systems such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud
  • Embrace and champion AI as an integral part of the business, adopting AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance IT operations, automation, and service delivery
  • Manage all endpoint installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting across Windows and macOS devices
  • Create and manage user accounts, groups, and access rights across cloud and on-premises systems, ensuring least-privilege and compliance best practice
  • Configure and maintain technical equipment including computers, printers, meeting room systems, and back-office infrastructure
  • Own and triage requests through the IT ticketing system, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met and coaching junior staff on ticket handling standards
  • Design, document, and continuously improve IT policies, procedures, and processes across systems and teams
  • Research, evaluate, and pilot new products, services, and automation opportunities for deployment across the business
  • Contribute to inventory management, budget tracking, and vendor relationships

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
