Role Description
Lead and manage multiple enterprise-wide IT programs within the Clinical Trials and Clinical Supply domain.
Develop integrated program plans, manage critical paths, risks, dependencies, milestones, and executive reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, vendors, and global stakeholders.
Drive governance, program planning, budgeting, resource management, and delivery excellence.
Ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives while maintaining quality, compliance, and business objectives.
Manage program-level RAID logs, executive communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Support business transformation, application modernization, and customer-focused technology initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-project global programs.
- Strong background in Clinical Trials, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams and senior leadership.
- Strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, dependency management, and delivery planning.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or similar certifications are desirable.

Preferred Experience
- Clinical Trial Supply Chain or Clinical Operations programs.
- Experience with enterprise portfolio/program management tools such as Planview, MS Project, Jira, or similar.
- Exposure to GxP-regulated environments and global pharmaceutical operations.

Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel to Milan, Italy as required for planned meetings.
- Willingness to travel to the USA approximately three times per year (around 10 days per visit).
Eligibility
- Must possess a valid EU work permit.
- Candidates located in Nearshore Europe with flexibility to travel are preferred.
- English is mandatory; Italian language skills are an advantage but not essential.
Interview Process
- Two interview rounds with the client:
- Technical Interview
- Operational/Leadership Interview
Start Date
- Target Start: Third or Fourth Week of August 2026
