What You'll Do
- Mobilise and establish the programme, including governance, operating model, core teams, delivery cadence and reporting.
- Translate strategic objectives into an integrated roadmap covering workstreams, milestones, dependencies and measurable outcomes.
- Lead programme-level planning across scope, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, decision forums, escalation routes and executive reporting.
- Coordinate project managers, technology teams, delivery partners and strategic vendors across complex interdependent workstreams.
- Engage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders, sponsors and executive leadership.
- Anticipate and remove delivery impediments, resolve conflicts and facilitate timely executive decisions.
- Balance transformation objectives with operational resilience, security, regulatory and delivery risks.
- Work closely with architecture and engineering leadership on solution, integration, resilience and delivery trade-offs.
- Drive delivery in an enterprise environment using Agile and/or hybrid delivery practices.

What you bring
- Significant experience leading large-scale IT transformation, core-platform modernisation or complex technology programmes.
- Strong experience in payments, cash management, banking, or similar environments.
- Proven ability to mobilise or reset complex programmes and establish effective governance and delivery structures.
- Senior stakeholder management experience, including engagement with executive sponsors and leadership teams.
- Strong command of programme governance, integrated planning, budgets, resources, RAID, dependencies, change control and executive reporting.
- Sufficient technical credibility to work effectively with architecture, engineering, security and operations leaders.
- Experience coordinating multiple delivery teams, suppliers, system integrators or strategic technology partners.
- Experience operating in regulated, high-availability or operationally critical technology environments.
- Comfortable leading through ambiguity and influencing across organisational boundaries without relying solely on direct authority.
- Experience with Agile, hybrid and modern enterprise engineering delivery models.
