Job Description
The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of Infrastructure Security projects within a global pharmaceutical environment, with primary focus on OT Security platforms and Secure File Transfer solutions. The role oversees the implementation, enhancement, and rollout of technologies that strengthen operational technology cybersecurity, secure data exchange, threat prevention, and regulatory compliance. Working across Infrastructure, Security, OT, and business teams, the Project Manager ensures successful delivery of these security platforms while maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity strategy, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure security projects, with a primary focus on OT Security platforms (e.g., Claroty) and Secure File Transfer/File Security solutions.
- Manage implementation and expansion of OT cybersecurity capabilities, including asset visibility, threat detection, risk management, and OT network security.
- Lead deployment of secure file transfer and file security platforms, ensuring secure data exchange, malware scanning, threat prevention, and compliance with security standards.
- Coordinate activities across OT, Infrastructure, Network, Security Operations, and site teams to ensure successful technology deployment.
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendors, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure alignment of platform implementations with enterprise security architecture, operational requirements, and compliance expectations.
- Prepare and present project status, risks, and key decisions to steering committees and senior stakeholders.
- Drive governance, testing, validation, and production readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
- Proven experience delivering security platform implementations, infrastructure modernization, or cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
- Good understanding of OT Security, industrial cybersecurity, and IT/OT environments.
- Experience with Secure File Transfer, file security, content security, or threat prevention solutions.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure environments (GxP.
- Strong experience managing technical vendors, global stakeholders, and multi-site deployments.
- Solid knowledge of Waterfall, Hybrid, and structured project governance methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and budget control skills.
- Fluent English with experience working in global and regulated environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Claroty, OPSWAT, or comparable OT security and file security platforms.
- Knowledge of network segmentation, SIEM, PAM, secure remote access, or industrial network architectures.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
