Job Description
We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager who will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce transformation and optimization initiatives. The role focuses on Salesforce org simplification, third-party system rationalization, and digital communication platform enhancements to support enterprise digital transformation. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and architects, the Project Manager ensures successful project execution, effective risk management, and the delivery of scalable, streamlined digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce transformation projects, including org simplification, system consolidation, and platform optimization initiatives.
- Manage projects focused on simplifying Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and reducing application landscape complexity.
- Drive continuous enhancement of digital communication platforms and related business capabilities.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Salesforce, Architecture, and external vendors.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment, governance meetings, status reporting, and executive communications.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business and technology objectives.
- Support enterprise digital transformation by promoting standardized processes, scalable solutions, and improved system architecture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise IT projects.
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce-related projects, including Salesforce CRM implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce multi-org architectures, integration patterns, and system simplification methodologies.
- Experience managing third-party system integrations and application rationalization initiatives.
- Basic understanding of enterprise digital communication platforms and related business processes.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and communication skills.
