Directing the delivery of large-scale digital, data, AI, and business transformation programmes across Mace Consult.
Responsible for translating strategic transformation priorities into executable programmes whilst managing scope, budget, resources, risks, and benefits realisation.
- Working closely with the Transformation Programme Director, Digital Portfolio and PMO Manager, and business sponsors to deliver measurable business outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programmes and projects.
- Mobilising and structuring programmes from concept through implementation and benefits realisation.
- Managing multiple projects and workstreams across technology, process, and business change.
- Managing initiatives across Oracle Fusion, AI, Data and Analytics, Process Automation, and Enterprise Applications.
- Managing programme budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Directing steering committees, programme reviews, and governance forums.
- Coordinating internal teams and external delivery partners.
- Driving business readiness, adoption, and value realisation activities.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of transformation delivery standards.

You’ll need to have:
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
- Experience managing programmes valued at £3m-£10m+.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
Desirable: MSP, Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, AgilePM, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma.
