We are NOT seeking former TA/internal recruiters or resourcers/180 people
We are seeking key players in our expanding London offices, driving client development efforts in 2026.
Established in 1998, we are a specialised IT recruitment agency with a focus on the cloud, ERP, and telco markets.
Currently at 12 sales staff, we aim to grow to 20 heads by the end of 2026.
As we set our sights on ambitious plans, we're searching for individuals who are hungry, driven, and ambitious to join us.

The role
360 recruitment position, focusing on developing markets within software, cloud, ERP or CRM.
- Forge and nurture client relationships, both new and existing, across specialised technical markets using effective business development techniques.
- Craft compelling, well-written content for job advertisements, email marketing, and internal training materials.
- Elevate brand awareness in the new region through strategic social network activities.
- Conduct tech webinars, round table events, and participate in sponsored tech events.
- Set an example for less experienced consultants through consistent billings and the regular promotion of best practices.

Requirements
- Proven success as a 360 recruiter within the tech industry.
- Track record of cultivating new and existing client relationships.
- Experience in managing junior consultants.
- Exceptional consultative communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Hungry, driven, ambitious, and resilient personality.
- Solid business acumen.
- A burning desire to achieve success
