🚨 Senior IT Service Desk Engineer – London 🚨
📍 Location: London – Onsite
💰 Salary: Up to £39,000
I’m currently recruiting for a Senior IT Service Desk Engineer to join an established Technology team, providing advanced technical support to staff, students and professors.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Desk professional who enjoys solving complex technical issues, improving IT services and supporting users while contributing to wider technology projects.

🔧 Key skills & experience:
- Extensive Microsoft 365, Teams and desktop support experience
- Strong knowledge of cloud, mobile, Apple Mac and business technologies
- Experience working within structured IT Service Management environments
- Strong Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure and Intune knowledge
- Experience with Azure Backup, Sophos Central, SCCM and PowerShell
- Experience with Asimut and PaperCut desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, organisation and prioritisation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
